Argon Alpharetta Moving to New Location

Alpharetta, Georgia – Argon Corporation is pleased to announce that we have completed construction of our new facility in Alpharetta, GA (a suburb of Atlanta, GA). We moved into our current facility in May 2010 and have since out grown that space. Our new space is 45% larger, with more space that can be utilized for our operations. In addition we have constructed a 600ft2 clean room which will be certified to Class 10,000.

We believe that we have a facility which will carry the company operations forward for at least 5 more years, based on our current revenue trajectory.

In this facility we will house our Production Operations, QA management, Program Management and Sales and Marketing.

The new facility is located at 1235 Old Alpharetta Road, Suite 165, Alpharetta, GA 30005. There is no change to our phone numbers or email addresses. We begin occupation there the week of October 19, 2015.

We look forward to this new and beautiful space along with the opportunity to better serve our existing customers, and accommodate our new customers.


Argon Supports Lockheed Martin on the United States Coast Guard HC-130J and HC-144A with 20.1” Rugged Display


Alpharetta, Georgia – Argon Corporation, designing and manufacturing COTS rugged display monitors and computers, is pleased to announce that it has received a production contract for the United States Coast Guard HC-144A employing our ARD20, 20.1” rugged display.

This application required a very specific set of mounting and functional requirements, which Argon met. The production contract was awarded after a successful environmental and EMI test program was concluded.

Argon proposed a variant of our ARD20, shown above. Some of the changes to support the application included additional bezel buttons, adding BNC connectors, mounting modifications, incorporating NVIS and sunlight readability via an LED backlighting system.

With this qualified version of the ARD20, Argon now offers a Form, Fit, Function replacement for command and control installations requiring 19” 9U high rack mounting along with offering NVIS and sunlight readable options.
